Park AFM TIFF and tag reader

Created a new TIFF file format tag reader in R language. TIFF image files) have one or more image file directories (IFD), which contain well-defined tags and special tags. The well-defined tags include 256 (0x100) and 257 (0x101) for ImageWidth and ImageLength.

The TIFF tag reader can also read the external tag for Park AFM images and display AFM images.
