"How do I find books on my topic?" |
To find books use COAST, the library catalog. Start with a Keyword search. Here is what Mizael's search looks like:

- Use COAST to find government documents, DVD's, CD's, maps, e-books, and other materials owned, subscribed to or made available by the CSULB Library. Also use COAST to search the Library's Special Collections.
- Search by keywords or Title or Author.
- Write down the book's call number and use it to find where the item is located.
- You can add common Library of Congress Sub-Headings such as law and legislation, statistics, social aspects, psychological aspects, or history to your topic. For example, alcohol statistics or advertising social aspects.
