E,=Education - to provide the student via experiential learning the type of education that is contemporary, interesting, and motivating enough to enhance the student's conceptual and practical development through critical thinking and problem solving capabilities;
Ez=Extracurricular activities - to create an environment by serving as faculty advisor to student organizations, which will reinforce the student's social support system as the infrastructure for developing leadership, positive interactive behavior, and effective communication skills;
E,=Experience in work- to assist the student in obtaining work experience through internships and employment for both economic as well as experiential learning purposes in an area of interest, preferably contributing to the student's future career.
