Working with Lexan
At the July 2010 meeting, Jim showed us a mold for bending Lexan. Purpose is to heat up a piece of Lexan in an oven, then gently bend it to the right form in the mold.
He also showed us some samples of heat-bended Lexan at various temperatures. The pictures shows us examples of Lexan that was heated too fast at too high temperature.
