FOCUS on BREASTROKE 9


1. Breaststroke. Video View Breathing & Timing Only
2. Video Analysis of Front Crawl (Fall Only)
3. WWW assignment: Web Quest
4. Stretch then Warm Up 2-6 lengths Slow to medium pace Any Stroke
5. Breaststroke: Leg Action Bracket Drill then 4 lengths
6. Breastroke Kick for Efficiency (how many kicks across pool) 4 lengths
7. Breaststroke: Complete stroke Remember Pull, Breathe, Kick, Glide
8. Personal Safety: Survival Float, Swimming Fully Clothed, H.E.L.P. & Huddle positions,
9. Swimming Underwater 10 yards, 15 yards, 20 yards
10. Surface Dive to Retrieve Objects. Feet first dive, Tuck Dive, Pike Dive
11. Snorkeling (optional depending upon time).
12. Workout
