1. Stretch then Warm Up Flutter Kick 2 lengths Front Crawl followed by 4-6 lengths Slow to medium pace Any Stroke.
2. Backstroke Flutter Kick 2 lengths.
3. Back Crawl complete stroke sets of 2-4 lengths
4. 25 or 50 m sprints starting with a Long Shallow Dive
5. Grab Start Dive/(long shallow optional) ????
6. Water Polo Skills: Front Crawl for Water Polo
7. Swimming with the water polo ball
8. Catching and Passing the Water Polo Ball (Circle Drill, Keep away, 3 person pass drill)
9. Shooting drills: Power shot, Bounce Shot, Lob Shot, Pop Shot.
