Repetition Sets : Set Distance Set Time

Outline: For Pool Activities Lecture #14 (Modified due to deck temperature)



8:30

1. Stretch then Warm Up Flutter Kick 2 lengths followed by 2-4 lengths Slow to medium pace Any Stroke.
2. Videotaping of 4 strokes  (Front Crawl, Elem Back, Side Stroke, BreastStroke)
3. Review of what I saw:  Partner Critique
4. Using Fins
5. Review of Diving Standing Dive:
6. Standing dive from board.
7. Hurdle Step on Land
8. Hurdle Step on Board
9. Treading Water  2.5-3  minutes  
10. WorkOut followed by swimming

i.e. for Advanced Swimmers they would start a new 100 every 3 minutes.
