For this lab you will read the article on mental representations and answer the questions in the on-line quiz  [assignments page of Beachboard].  The article is available here.  The article has a number of links within the text as well as links to other sources.  I encourage you to explore all of the links within the text before taking the on-line quiz.  You must complete the test once you start it, and you cannot backtrack and return to previous questions.
