I misspent most of my life with drink and womanizing.  For that I blame Steve Downes, Bill Ramsey, and Charles Wallis.  However, my years of quite reflection in Iowa together with the inspiring friendship of J.D. Trout have made me into the scholar I am today.  Now as I pursue my life as a gypsy scholar going to the highest bidder, I am confident that I will never return to those dark days of my past.
