It has come to my attention that users of the JDK version 1.2 need to install 
an upgrade to run with Windows XP. I have not tried it but will pass the 
information along.

The file to download is named "jre-1_2_2_013-windows-i586.exe"  This file must
be installed after the Java platform and should be installed in the 
C:\jdk1.2\jre folder.  This is not the default installation location so the 
user must make sure that this update is installed in the correct directory or 
it will not work.
