		      Developing a Static Site

Keep the same team from Assignment 2. Use XHTML and CSS to develop some of the 
site you designed. Prioritize and implement what is feasible in the time frame.
Use garbage data rather than trying to get accurate details. You may 
include forms or other dynamic content but do not try to make them work. 
The XHTML (Strict) and the CSS must be valid. Use the Best Practice Guide 
to XHTML and CSS from the course web site as a reference. The site must meet 
accessibility guidelines. See the course site for accessibility references.
